Who processes your information?
Form & Field handles your project enquiry. Contact Kawe.webstudio@gmail.com. Full legal business name, required address and registration details must be completed before final publication.
Your enquiry and package finder
We use your name, company, email, optional phone, message and submitted answers to respond and discuss a possible project. This does not subscribe you to a mailing list. The finder is advisory and makes no decision with legal effects. Answers stay local until you send them; a requested handoff to the contact page uses temporary session storage.
Measurement and sources
Analytics and marketing tags require relevant consent. With analytics consent, campaign codes, cleaned landing pages and referring domains may be attached to your enquiry. With analytics consent, an opaque referral code and the generic source “referral” may also be kept for this browser session and attached to your enquiry. The code is not sent to analytics or advertising providers. Contact details and free text are not sent to analytics. Change choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Legal bases and security
Responding to your request supports steps you asked us to take before a possible project. Technical security and abuse prevention support safe operation. Optional analytics and advertising rely on consent. Marketing permission is not a condition of contacting us.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, Turnstile spam protection and email delivery. Google provides the Gmail inbox. CRM or webhook recipients receive data only if that connection is deliberately enabled. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Processing agreements, recipients and transfer safeguards require legal review and final documentation before new services are enabled.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiries only as needed for handling and resulting agreements; the specific retention period and deletion routine still need to be set. Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object by email. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
