A clear proposal first

An enquiry or recommendation is not an order, booking or agreement. Before starting we agree objectives, work, timing, price, VAT treatment, external costs, access and handover in a proposal.

Pricing and payment

Your goals, agreed work and support needs form the basis of a tailored proposal. Normal website projects use 50% before work starts and 50% before final launch. Your proposal confirms VAT treatment and the total before you commit.

Additional work and care

Work beyond scope is discussed first. Hosting, platform subscriptions, licences and advertising spend are separate unless explicitly included. Scope, fees, response times, term and cancellation for Care, Care+ and other ongoing support are agreed in writing.

Ownership and introductory offer

Your proposal sets out handover, access and usage rights. Third-party licences may apply. The opening offer is an initial strategy session; further support is set out in your proposal. Feedback and portfolio permission are voluntary.
