FORM & FIELD / FREE WEBSITE CHECK

Make it easier for your next customer.

Seven useful things to check on your own website. The guidance is yours to use—no email address needed.

Start the self-check

Look at your website like a customer.

Open your website in another tab. Choose what fits, or leave a question unanswered. This is a self-check, not an automated scan or a grade.

01 Mobile experience

Can you read the text and use the menu comfortably on your phone?

Open your main pages on a phone. Check text size, navigation and whether buttons are easy to tap.

02 Loading speed

Does the main content appear quickly without things jumping around?

Try your homepage on mobile data. Notice what keeps you waiting and whether images move the text while loading.

03 A clear offer

Can a new visitor immediately tell what you offer and who it is for?

Read only your first headline and sentence. They should explain your service, audience and a useful next step.

04 Reasons to trust you

Can visitors see who is behind the business and find genuine examples of your work?

Check your about and work pages. Use real examples, clear contact details and only reviews you have permission to share.

05 Search basics

Does each important page have a specific title that matches its main service or topic?

Look at the browser tab title on each key page. Give different services useful page titles and link between related pages.

06 Consistent presentation

Do your images, colours and text feel current and consistent across the website?

Look for old offers, difficult-to-read text and images that no longer fit your business. Fix the most visible inconsistencies first.

07 Easy contact

Is the next step obvious, and does your contact form or contact link work?

Follow the same route a customer would take. Check that the contact details are current and that a test enquiry reaches your inbox.

AN OPTIONAL SECOND LOOK

Want our perspective?

Send your public website and, if you used the checklist, your answers. We’ll review your request and reply by email about a practical next step. No mailing list and no commitment.

GOOD TO KNOW

A useful check, clearly explained.

Do you scan my website automatically?

No. The checklist uses only your own answers. We do not visit or test your website automatically, and there is no automated score.

Do I have to leave my email address?

No. All guidance and your answer summary are available without contact details. We only need your name and email if you request a reply about a manual review.

What does the free review include?

You can request a second look at a public page. We consider your request and reply by email with a practical next step. It is not a full technical, security or accessibility audit, and there is no obligation to start a project.
