How do I get a proposal that fits my business?+
Tell us what your business does, who you want to reach and what your website should support. We discuss your goals, content, functions and ongoing needs, then recommend an approach with scope, timing and terms in a tailored proposal.
How do Launch, Business and Growth differ?+
Launch builds your professional online presence. Business makes your website a practical tool for content, enquiries and integrations. Growth combines website development with marketing setup and ongoing improvement. We shape the work around your business.
How long will it take to launch?+
Timing depends on scope, available content, feedback and integrations. We agree the schedule and the stages for your feedback before starting.
What do I need to provide?+
Useful starting material includes information about your business and services, existing brand files and content we have permission to use. Domain or website access may also be needed. We agree what you supply and where you need help.
Can you help write the content?+
Yes. We can help structure, write and refine your content around your offer and the questions your customers ask. The proposal defines how much content we create or edit, so you can see where you will have support.
What if I do not have professional photos?+
We look at the images you actually need and what is already available. Photography or additional content production is discussed separately rather than automatically included. We only use material with the appropriate rights.
Can I keep my existing domain?+
We first check how your domain, hosting and email are set up. A new domain is usually not a goal in itself. We agree access and any changes before proceeding, so the effect on existing services is clear.
Who owns the website after delivery?+
Ownership, access and handover are set out in the proposal. We explain which files and accounts transfer and which parts remain subject to third-party licences. Your domain, website and the software used can have different arrangements.
Can I update the content myself?+
That depends on the agreed platform and setup. Tell us which text, images or products you want to update so we can account for that in the scope and handover. Your proposal explains the editing tools included.
Can you support my website after launch?+
Yes. We discuss hosting, maintenance, applicable updates, backups and content changes around the chosen platform. Your proposal explains what we manage, who has access and how support works. Larger improvements and external services are agreed separately.
How many revisions or extra pages can I request?+
We agree the feedback rounds and page scope before starting. If you need something additional during the project, we discuss cost and timing before doing that work.
Can you improve an existing website?+
Yes. We review what works and what gets in the way of your customers. Better copy, navigation or contact options may be enough. If a larger redesign is appropriate, we explain why and agree that scope separately.
Does an enquiry commit me to a project?+
No. An enquiry helps us understand your business and needs. You receive a tailored proposal describing the work, responsibilities and terms. We start the project once the arrangements are clear and you have agreed to them.
What happens after I enquire?+
We review your information and reply to the email address you provide to discuss your plans and the next step. Your enquiry carries no commitment to a project. We use your details to respond to your question.
